This ministry has a desire to be in God’s presence and have a heart for others to encounter the power of the Holy Spirit, and know Jesus personally.

Whether out in front greeting or behind the scenes setting the environments, there is a place for you. If this is your first time serving at Mariners, Guest Services is a great place to start, as we roll out the red carpet for our guests each and every weekend.

If God has equipped you to thrive in dynamic, versatile environments, then you might be perfect for serving in Kids Ministry. This ministry serves the children and families of Mariners Church by creating safe and engaging environments in which children can learn to grow closer to Jesus at any age!
Opportunities to serve on our team include: Kids Check-in, Small Group Leader, Large Group Teacher/ Host, Worship, and Midweek Curriculum Prep. These opportunities are available at all congregations.
You are passionate about creating intentional environments that point people to Jesus. God has wired you to love creating an inspiring environment from behind the scenes. God has wired you to create in any form, from music to dance to art. This ministry makes space for artists and creatives to come together in community, grow in skill and faith, share stories, and exercise artistic gifts. It features food, connection, storytelling, art & faith discussion, and creative activation.
Opportunities to serve on our team include: Running lights, slides, sound, copywriting, editing, photography, and more. This opportunity is currently available at our Irvine congregation.
You are passionate about helping others grow together and experience life as God intended – in community. You want to support spiritual transformation in authentic and caring groups, centered on Scripture, where we can acknowledge our true brokenness and seek healing and transformation that can only come from God. These ministries facilitate Biblical community for every season and stage of life through Rooted, Life Groups, and other ministries.

You are passionate about changing the world by showing and sharing the good news of Jesus. You want to make a difference in your city, and local and global communities. The Local Outreach teams work to restore hope for at-risk youth, families, and communities. The City Outreach teams work to change a city to change a culture.
Opportunities to serve on our team include: Food Pantry, Foster Youth, Military, Homelessness, Disaster Relief, Prison, Refugees. These opportunities are available at all congregations.
